LunucOS is a highly customizable alternative user interface (of the lunuc platform) to manage the entire platform with all its functions. It allows to use existing components and extensions in an operating system-like environment. Furthermore it offers a flexible design for data sharing that allows you to make different data sets visible to different user roles and users. For a good user experience and a good internet presence these criteria are very important. That's why we attach such high importance to it.

Browser Support

With lunuc you can create web apps that work in all browsers, even very old ones if you really want to. If a browser doesn't support Javascript the page can be rendered on the server and only the final html is delivered to the client.

A few days ago I set up a Windows 95 environment just for fun and tried to access http://www.lunuc.com with Internet Explorer 3.0 and 4.0. To my surprise, the page was displayed and I could read and navigate through all the contents. The page didn't look pretty though, but it was amazing to see the page running on more than 20 year old browser technology.
